I’m scanning my qr to gain points every time I buy a drink but have realised the points are not added there for I do not receive a drink and the staff are not telling me they have not scanned

Scam app does not work do not download it’s a scam! UPDATE THE APP ASAP!

Signing up is impossible coding and ui needs work! Please ensure your app is running smoothly so the people can use it! Otherwise shut it down! Useless cannot use at all!

Kept on telling me to activate my account

Refuses to let me log in. Put me in a cycle of saying I’ll be sent an activation email but that it’s already active so I physically can’t even use the app.

App not collecting drinks

My account QR code isn’t linking and customer services don’t respond to my emails through the app either. Very disappointed

This app hates me

I tried signing up and it just puts me into a loop of “we will send you an email to activate your account” and the email never arrives!!! This is so frustrating! I tried using another email and the same situation happens - id rather not get any rewards that this app will have than try to use this app any longer.

I have used the app for a while now, sometimes it takes a while for my free drink to show on the app but generally works well

Terrible at login

The stupid app would say that I would be sent an email that would link to my account but I never got that email I have tried this with signing in with 2 different emails

Loyalty scheme does not work

Must be fake

Doesn’t add any points. I’ve used this for about 15 drinks now and my account still shows zero points. Staff advised deleting/redownloading which didn’t work. No response to email asking for help. Pointless app.
