Love it but now it’s glitched

I used to play this game all the time and love the challenge of the high levels. But for the last 3 days I can’t open the app, it shuts down instantly. I’ve reached out to support but no one has responded

Why are videos consistently not available?

This usually happens when I am about to complete a level. This is extremely frustrating

Love this game have been playing it obsessively since it came out somewhere around level 3000 now but for the last 3 days it opens and crashes on my iPad, not on my iPhone, immediately!! Fix it fix it Now!

No videos for free moves

I’m getting a message saying there are no videos so I can’t access free moves. Very frustrating. It’s an ongoing problem. With the weekly challenge, I end up losing lives. Your response to this, last year, was irrelevant to the problem. I have no problem with ads to get more moves but I’m constantly getting “Sorry, there are no videos at this time” and can’t get free moves.
