This company are a scam.
They claim to have a set of terms and conditions but don’t follow these they also ignore customer emails.
Using the app is awful and they rely too heavily on social media and do not use email to communicate with customers.
This company is also anti inclusion and does not support disabled customers

Worst app I ever seen
It’s a shame and I don’t understand how such poor designed product was accepted on the app store. Awful UX, and service is quite weird itself

I wanted days to be accepted on the app, when I was finally accepted I was no longer in London as it was Christmas time so I paused my subscription and thought I could use the activities for 3 months but apparently you need to book them in the first month. So in the end I paid and wasn’t able to use any of the activities. Now I’m trying to cancel this subscription and it is also a nightmare to cancel it. Worst experience ever!!!
Don’t buy unless you want to be scammed
I spent over £100 on subscriptions for presents. The booking process is extremely annoying and we ended up only being able to use one of the tickets worth around £10. I then tried to cancel the scale but they said I could only postpone the subscription on the page. I postponed to the latest possible date so that I could stop payments. They then billed me without reminding me off the subscription. I tried to resolve this with the team but they were unaccepting of the situation, accepted no fault and wouldn’t refund. Now I’m stuck with tickets to a poetry reading and some other rubbish activities I don’t want!
A total con
I figured I would try this for a few months but the activity options are genuinely awful. An archery in a village hall on a Sunday, a self guided tour and a gaming thing. All worthless rubbish.

Sad to write this as I like the idea and supporting startups, but having been a member for a year and a half I’m deleting my accounts for me, colleagues and family.
The app, booking procedures and admin is absolutely horrendous. I could tolerate it for a while as a new startup and some businesses focus on product first, others marketing first… In this instance it’s clearly marketing first. But the time comes where a decent product is needed to KEEP customers. And the prices have been put the up before sorting out the worst and most badly thought out booking experience possible.
It’s sad as there’s 100’s of off the shelf solutions that would make it vastly, vastly better. But they’ve just gone on with the same app making excuses for ‘development delays’ on the new app. Which shows the immaturity of the founders as it’s common problem no.1 building a tech product, everyone goes through it, but excuses don’t solve it, action does. And like I say, there’s a hundred off the shelf ways it could be made better, or mange your outsourced developed better.
So I’m really, really tired of the awful booking admin, dropped venues, changed booking method after already slogging through booking the first time, couple of iffy months of activities, forgetting to book before end of month so losing all tickets and the weird plugs to the founders instagram. The price hike came before it was sorted, which was the final straw, but credit to Arslan in support who always did a great job fighting a losing battle
SCAM - Bristol!! Complete scam
I signed up for Buckt in October, they said they were offering activities in Bristol, I paid my first month £15 subscription, then charged another scription in November £40! How did it jump from £15-£40? I have no idea as I requested to cancel in October,
So then I am charged another £40 in December as well as November totally £95,
Where are my tickets? NOWHERE, I have not received any tickets as they say they are still figuring out the details for Bristol, so I have received nothing and paid £95 without consent for such a large subscription,
They have sent me an email saying I need to cancel through the partner app, however because I haven’t received any tickets I al then unable to cancel and they refuse to offer a refund, so I have paid £95 for absolutely nothing and I am unable to cancel and unable to get a refund despite requesting to cancel 2 months ago, and my subscription premium increased by 266%
WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM, this is totally unacceptable I have received nothing!! And the premium is increasing!! And they are refusing to cancel until I have received tickets which they say they are pending!!
