Bad customer support and buggy app

I have purchased the Budapest city pass. They don't specify that you cannot use a digital version ... Takes me 5 hours to get the pass. The customer support was terrible. My purchase didn't appeared on my purchased list. The email was my only proof of purchase. Don't buy anything via Pocket Guide ... there are so many other apps on the Apple Store.
