Buddy's Pizza

The ordering feature on the app doesn’t work. We were charged twice and our order was never even received. We ended up having to call and order for a third time!!! Now we have to follow up with the credit card company to get our money back on the first two orders.

I REALLY appreciate the young man that took my order. On my receipt, it says our server was “am c “. He was friendly and told me about the Buddy’s app which I downloaded as soon as I got home. We eat at Buddy’s pretty often and I like being a loyal customer.

First time at The Pointe Plaza Buddy’s. Caitlyn (sp?) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I had a suggestion for online ordering and she already had a few ideas of her own and is working with Buddy’s IT team in improving the app (online ordering). And Caitlyn has a work around me to customize future orders.

This was the worst pizza I ever got from Buddy’s. It was flat, like the dough didn’t rise correctly and tasted dry despite having extra sauce on it that I requested. I was extremely disappointed and was going to call and complain but I honestly did not have the strength to do so. As a note I have been picking up pizzas from Buddy’s in Plymouth three or four times in the past 5 months and each pizza has been superb. What is going on with the food in Dearborn Buddy’s? I have had negative experiences a few times in past year and frankly don’t think I will be going back there.

This was my first order online and had a computer glitch with pickup order that was missing a pizza. Both pizzas were then freshly made. Manager also added family salad and cookies for free. I like this place!

And at 68 years old, still call Buddy’s the number one Pizza place to go! The service, the food, the prices are 2nd to none! Only the best ingredients go into their Pizza and it shows! The Antipasto Salad, is to absolutely die for! The dressing is so good you will want to buy a bottle which they do sell, every time you are there! Our server, Zach M. made sure everything was perfect, everything was hot and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable evening over a nice fairly priced bottle of Copper Ridge Merlot! BRAVO!!!

All was great. Madison, our server was the best! Great value.
