Not accepting Inbound shipment number

I love using this app, it gives me status updates on loads I’ve waited for. But you need to add locations that are using the kiosks such as the Anheuser Busch in Fairfield, CA and in Edwardsville, Il on enterprise Dr. Why have a sign advertising the app particularly at the Fairfield location, when it’s not an option on the app.

I’m having a hard time understanding how to check in an empty trailer to drop off and pick up a loaded trailer in the same ticket. I’m sure this app is still under some level of development so bugs and options/features are still being worked on. Can I get some help please?

In my phone does not work. Year ago worked fine, easy check in while waiting in line.

Don’t waste your time on this app. It don’t work can’t login can’t create an account can’t enter in a shipment number. All the things this app claims to do it don’t do
