Purchases cannot be restored on my new iPad
Been using this wonderful app for about ten years. It definitely has some quirks, but I have always loved it. However, I see that the app settings information, the App Store page, the website, etc. are not updated at all and consequently contain false information. Despite what the help section information says, there is no restore purchases feature in the iPad app. I just recently had to replace my iPad with the ninth generation version and the app will not allow me to restore my purchases of different style paper packages. As if that were not bad enough, when I open a note that uses a paper style I purchased in the past, the app is deleting it and converting the note to a plain colored Post-it note of the color it chooses. So not only do I not have access to my past purchases, the app is deleting the purchased notes styles I already have utilized for my notes. I think that’s called stealing…
