Build Own Dictionary

Words with apostrophes don’t seem to translate with the translate function. I’m not using the app for the translator function anyways, just thought you should know. The app is fantastic for dictionary purposes though.

I think that this app is really helpful for me especially when it comes to making up your own language. It’s a really cool app but the only problem is the translator, I say this because you have to capitalize every single word after you write it and it’s kind of annoying. Either way it’s a great app if you want to learn a language or makeup one. Also premium is really cheap and worth it! Just please fix some of the things! Please and Thank you!

This app is really nice. I love it and I love the translation part. But the translator definitely needs to be updated. If there is a space anywhere in the translation. Or if it is two words that make one. Or an apostrophe. The translator will not work or translate. This is a problem. I was also hoping you guys could add word order. VSO SOV stuff like that this is really fun for me because I do this thing on conlangs I create fictional languages. But it will only work if I have it in English word order. Basically, I can only translate a single word Word for Word. Hoping you guys can do something about this but again this app is really cool.

I tried a number of apps that might give similar functionality, especially flashcard apps, and I found this one to be the quickest and easiest to simply open, search, and find the word I’m looking for. No extra features or fluff, just a really quick and efficient dictionary that you can create from a spreadsheet CSV. It is very convenient that the search box searches all entry fields, including partial matches, and instantly before you’ve pressed the Search button. The graphic design leaves something to be desired, but functionality is king and it excels there. I did recently have some problems importing a CSV and eventually discovered I had a couple #REF! Error lines buried in there. This app has low tolerance for imperfectly formatted CSVs.

This is good and I’ve paid for it, but the translate doesn’t work even though I laboriously made my Latin dictionary

Please find a way how we can export this dictionary with our things we wrote. I purchased the full app but I wish you guys can add the fact that I can transport it or log in from another device. Thank you please !!!!

This is exactly the app I’ve been looking for! It can save vocab you’ve learnt and truly build your own dictionary! What’s better is you can search in this little dictionary, at some point in time you try to remember a phrase but it just not jumping out, you can simply search it instead of flipping notebooks forever! One 3 stars thing is we cannot LOGIN..... really hope this function can be added soon or I’m concerning my hard-work typings will lose one day..

I’ve been looking for an app that lets me create my own dictionary and I found one! Also it’s easy to learn to use! I can also not just make my own dictionary. I can also add things like a list of my favorite books to one category and more. Overall, I really like the app. There’s not much I would want to change since I don’t know what to change. But I rated it four because their is always room for improvement. Thank you!

Thanks for the app. I use it to collect translations offhand to import into other mwdia. However, when I export as Excel file, Icelandic letters are not expressed correctly. Could you look into the character set in the target language? Thanks, Sverrir

Any way to add part of speech, etc.?
