Buildertrend

The Home page keeps showing “Failed to Load”. Asked me to try again and if problem persists, please report the issue. Problem is they do not have a link to report it to.

That’s it. I have an old phone, and they can’t just let you keep an old version of the app on your phone. Same complaint with many apps of course.

We have just built a house in New Zealand with a company that uses Buildertrend. Having come from a construction background I found the use of the program enlightening. We traveled the country while the house was built and Buildertrend kept us informed of the progress and allowed us time to make decisions about variations in a timely manner. Best of all we had information at all times about the final cost of the house and no surprises at final payment time. K Williams

Just updated the App and it now won’t open. It keeps asking me to update again.

No debate. Best software on the market…

The application always freezes both on mobile devises and on the tablets. Have had to use the web browser due to this and they can’t seem to get it right. Frustrating when you have information typed up and the app freezes or doesn’t save correctly. Waste of useful resources that the developer needs to get right.

We just added a 20x10’ pergola to our back patio. Not only was the work done with precision and professionalism but it was great to dialog with the workers and the company. I’ll be using them again in the future ! Great work and the pergola looks gorgeous !

Over the last 6 months I have trialed every conceivable Project Management tool. Some are OK, but leave out the most important parts that are needed desperately. Also, some are like playing concentration game and have dark rabbit holes. This program is easy for everyone from the laborer to my project manager. It's simple but all inclusive. Buildertrend will do anything you ask of it. The most time consuming part is the set up. Plugging in all of the info. But after that it's on mostly auto. That is ultimately what is needed! If your missing text messages, can't remember what email that document is in. This is an absolute must have, period.

This a great app to have.
