The payment option seems to disappear from the menu every month. All the options like amenities, dashboard, perks etc remain but not the payment option. Needs permanent fixing

New to a apartment building which uses this app, have tried to sign up since oct 3rd and it just keeps saying someone will get in touch with me shortly…. Guess shortly is never because, they never contact you. So I guess if I have a problem with my apartment I’m royally screwed. Thanks!

I could not open any ticket now and event I could not get in the application. That’s a desaster.

Godawful app. Nothing on it works properly. Doesn’t update for lease renewals. Makes paying the rent a full- time task. Help desk is useless. Pure garbage

I tried singing in through my gmail account and it didn’t work. I was then asked to enter my tenant information such as my address the information would disappear and ask me to enter the information again and again. This app has so many bugs in it that it’s not even worth downloading.

I’m begging my landlord to find a provider that can provide consistent functioning services and the customer service sucks

L’application ouvre toujours une page web pour me connecté une deuxième fois. Ça commence à être chiant de se connecter deux fois, en plus de la confirmation du code envoyé par mail, seulement pour payer un loyer.

Best features of this app are: 1. No send button, you have to guess where it is 2. No notifications. At all. Ever. The latest update introduced a brand new feature! The app now won’t even run!

This app is a joke. First, if I log out and try to log back in, I no longer exist. No account. I have to create a new one. Second, you create your account with your phone number and email and once created, your phone number and email are not in your settings. On top of that, you can’t add them because the boxes are locked. So I guess this is why the SMS notifications don’t work. Third, even if I allow all notifications from my phone (banners and sound) I do not get any. So you basically have to check the app every 10 minutes when you are communicating a problem to your landlord to see if they replied. Get serious and fix this. You can’t even get the basics right.
