BuildingLink Resident App

I own 3 properties all use buildinglink. Can’t figure out how to switch between my accounts

No push notifications, and it takes about four close/reload cycles to get it to update. If you want residents to get the notifications they want and other timely info, don’t use this.

The app no longer has Notifications despite what the developers put in the description. It does not show up in iOS settings either. The app was fine before the rebuild and now it lost one of its most important features. Please fix. Thanks.

Took me to their website. Logged in and nothing happened to the app.

This app is terrible. It was fine before the update, but now it won’t even let me log in. I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling, and then logging in and still gives me the same error. I know my username and password work because I can log in on their website, but the app is the problem.

I never write reviews but i can’t believe how useless this app is. When I log in to BuildingLink now it takes me to the property/owner management portal instead of the resident portal. No way out of it. Y’all should be embarrassed and ashamed.

What an awful app. I hate that I have to use it for my apartment. It’s so poorly designed, crashes all the time, doesn’t upload correctly. Pretty sure the internet in the 1990s worked better than this app. After this update, I can’t use it!!! It just spins and I get a white screen!!!!!! AWFUL. Please roll it back until you fix all the bugs. Very embarrassing that this was even released.

I am unable to put in a repair request.

Ever since the app was “updated” it’s just completely frozen. You can’t click on any of the different sections. I can’t even scroll down to marketplace. Marketplace items you can no longer click to zoom in on. The old version worked better. Please fix this app! It’s awful and useless at this point. UPDATE: emailed support per their reply to my review. Solution was to “log out and delete the app and log back in”… well how am I supposed to do that when it’s frozen?? Never heard back from them after that so good luck if you’re hoping for an actual solution.
