Is your superintendent lazy? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the app for you.
We take all of the complaints from the residents of a building and put them on public display for the entire world to see. Our focus is on residential dwellings and the unaddressed problems that affect each individual tenant. Have you ever watched a news segment where the reporter is chasing down or knocking on the door of a questionable business or individual? Do you notice the person hides behind the door in fear but a couple of weeks later the problem is resolved? We're taking the same exact approach but using the power of social media instead. We know that the majority of people are living paycheck to paycheck and they don't have the time, energy, or money to go to court and fight their landlord. We're giving the people a voice to let their landlords know that for now on EVERYTHING the landlord does and doesn't do will be on display for the world to see.
We assign each building a letter grade from A+ to F based on the complaints the tenants post. You can view each and every complaint inside our app. Tenants create a user name and post under that name. Tenants are in complete control of their posts and only they can remove their complaints.
