Well, with this app you can plan and save your build on the go. Select your Perks (including levels) in each SPECIAL category, Legendary Perks and even mutations and then save. You can then see a neat summary to refer to when creating your build in-game. It’s simple, intuitive and laid out in such a way that you need no instruction to get up and running if you already understand the Fallout 76 perk card levelling system.
