Very useful app for my daily needs but it keeps on crashing lately and Im losin patience

First time trying it but already getting a bad experience. It keeps closing while browsing after a minute or two. Can’t even update my profile as it keeps on closing.

I’ve found this grocery app to be incredibly user-friendly and convenient. However, there’s one major issue that consistently dampens my experience: stock availability. It’s frustrating to add essential items to my cart, only to discover the next day that they’re out of stock. This happens all the time, even with basic necessities like bread, milk, and even garlic! These items should be consistently available or restocked very quickly. If this issue could be addressed, this app would be absolutely perfect.

I just want to say that your delivery service is horrible. You are an online store yet you book from lalamove, drivers who are very rude and not even helpful. I had to carry all the items I purchased all by myself because he refused to deliver it to my house!! And to think I did not just ordered “some” items!! It was a lot!!! This is the last time I am ordering from you!! But please, do me the courtesy of rating the driver you booked a one star!!

Love the concept but the app needs to be fixed. There’s always an error everytime you search thus needing the app to be closed and opened again

took one hour to get a rider and there is no way to track where they are. also charge you right away so there is no way to cancel if they take too long. never ordering again
