But it still needs an adblocker that will allow you to add a domain list to block ads. It does work fast and haven’t had issues recently with disconnections, however I’ve noticed a lot of websites have flagged the ip addresses from BulletVpn and block them which is frustratingly inconvenient. Please introduce rotating ip addresses or something so that they are not blocked by websites such as Microsoft, Amazon etc. and definitely introduce an ad blocker with custom rules so users can import domain lists to block.
6/20: it’s clear they only updated the app to make a quick profit and the added data collection to profit off compromising user privacy. Very predatory and dishonest. I used to give this 5 stars but then they added a lot of data collection, including data that is specifically linked directly to you. Data they do not need to collect to run their app. Until they go back to the checkmark with “data not collected” I can’t recommend and will be uninstalling. Shame on you guys. Running a PAID VPN and collecting sensitive data *you do not need to in order to have the app* It’s been a month with no update and still collecting sensitive data.

I’m currently doing a trial of the service. My thoughts so far: Good speeds. Nice app UI. No leaks. No disconnects. Wish it had adblock. Missing a few major US locations like California & Texas. Would be nice to have an option to access lan devices. Overall, a decent VPN.

I first bought this app early on in the day to help support it when it was growing and the original owners kind of let it die. It didn’t work half the servers were slow and the connection wouldn’t connect half the time so I don’t know if they rebranded it and updated it with the original owners, or it got reborn. Either way the improvements this app are phenomenal. The speeds work as they should do the encryption process is correct and all the servers that I’ve connected so far are just as fast and just as quick wonderful improvements
App does not have a kill-switch feature and according to their support you can only be given 6 wireguard config files even though the app allows you to connect to their servers, so it’s not an issue with their infrastructure from being unable to allow users to change wireguard connections at will. Their support system doesn’t email you when they reply to your case, and they claim that their system automatically closes your case every time they respond, but the timestamps show that’s not the case; they respond and then close you case a few hours later. You DO get an email when they close your case. Oh, and they will either mark it as “solved” when all they did was reply or they will mark it as “closed” which deletes the contents of your ticket. I’m contacting my bank because this is intentional fraud at this point. UPDATE: now you’re deleting the cases so I can’t even view my case history.
I can’t connect to servers in South Africa and the app constantly crashes.
The app it really good for sure but it been two Month since I haven’t use it and when I start the free trial it couldn’t and customer service is horrible email them mutiple time they didn’t respond
