Bullhorn Mobile

The idea of a mobile app for a recruitment ATS should be to increase productivity on the move, so you can make down time productive e.g. on the commute to work. However, it’s far too long winded to quickly review job applications via the app, you have to do about 5 clicks to see an applicant’s current CV going into the file system, and I can see no quick and easy way to accept or reject a candidate once I have reviewed the CV.

Bullhorn needs to put some R&D into their app. All this app does is allow us to do the most basic functions ie; add & view notes, view companies, view tasks, and a few minor things. Adding notes is horrible there is no auto correction or basic text support, everything is lowercase even after a period. It’s slow and time consuming to add notes. There is no ability to run a basic report or view Bullhorn Analytics. They really need to add analytics to the app. Overall it works so 2 stars is ok but it’s so limited my users don’t even bother downloading it.

It is so limited in terms of functionality. I cannot even view my comments on a candidate. So frustrating!

Complete garbage don’t waste your memory app does not even let you login

All I need this mobile app to do is allow me to enter CRM notes on the fly between meetings. The app routinely takes over a minute to simply load, which is both crazy as all it contains is data (nothing requiring high bandwidth) and is literally the only app I have that takes more than a moment to load. Do better.

The app worked great for 3 years for me, but now I am unable to login (it says my password/user is incorrect) and then when I select SSO login, it says my email address cannot be found. Hmmm, whatever. Super annoying! Please fix?

Terrible. Ineffective and useless. Constant glitches and freezes with uploads. Too many steps to achieve the smallest task. An extremely inefficient platform!

Don’t get it cs it will not REPEAT will not work

I use Bullhorn on the move, it makes it easier to access records, search, add notes and find information.

Can not login. Launch page Login “Submit” box is grayed out. Deleted and reloaded app, still not working. WiFi connection is perfect and cell service is good. Does not work. No bueno
