Kludgy. Had to enter address information 3 times. Then wouldn’t submit. No error message.nofb22

Accept payment with ApplePay, and it would be a 4 or 5 star app.

App crashes. I can’t even see the menu.

Why?

The whole hook to get us to use your app was that you added a delivery charge to Seamless orders. Now there’s a delivery charge on your app too. This is NYC. Good thing your food is good.

This app is the worst. Constantly crashing, Blank screens or you just can't check out. I try to use it because every once in a while I get an email with a discount code and say ok, I’ll give it a try again. EVERY SINGLE TIME, IT DOES NOT WORK! It’s a shame because I love burgers and would order more if I didn’t have to pay the delivery fee from seamless. But it’s just frustrating and not worth the waist of time.

There seems to be a glitch or something that doesn’t allow you to submit the order once you’ve finished entering all of the required information. This problem has been persistent for months. I thought it was just my phone, but that is not the case. Extremely annoying 👎🏽

Total bust - get an error when you try to submit an order.
