After having frustrations with the app, I have given it sometime and are trying it again.

The app works very well and as intended, but would absolutely love to see Apple Pay as an option for payment. Please and thank you from your loyal local Burgerville customer :)

Please add the option to add shakes as the drink when you order a meal.

I used to think the app was serviceable even though I hated having to exit the app for pickup orders to use a third party service. Now they have removed the option for Apple Pay and require you to add a credit card through that level up system. Now they say it is secure but everyone knows that doesn’t mean anything in these times. Now I’m having to add my card and delete it after every purchase? Go back to allowing people to use Apple Pay for those people who value their security and don’t care about you gathering customer data

Easier to use

Missing items after pickup order, long wait times after order marked as ready, support completely silence, better off just ordering at the drive through.

We stopped by and got some cheese curds, a deluxe bacon cheeseburger and halibut and fries, the best! We enjoyed all of it and have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! And we’d like to thank the man who took our order, who was so helpful in showing us how to use the new App. Steve & Corky
