By far my favorite workout app! Haven’t found a workout that I don’t like, they are all killer and the music played during the workout is awesome! 10/10 recommend
I have been a burn on demand member for 3 months and I am hooked. To say I love the workouts would be an understatement. Matt Morris is the best please don’t let him ever leave. I wish the on demand workouts had a date on them (to show when they aired). Some of us workout a day or two later and it would be great to be able to still follow the weekly protocol but sometimes it’s hard o identify when the specific workout was live. Also on Sundays the live workout from the day before is not updated until Monday. I love the music but would like more of the ability to change and select what I want to listen to, so maybe adding in the ability to pick like a genre or more variety would be great!
There have been glitches with the app here and there but overall I’m happy with it 💙. I have been a member of BBC for 7 years now and LOVE the workouts on the app! Best addition ever!
I wanted to sign up again and the membership page is blank. You have to call a location to get set up now which is stupid. Why provide the app then if you can’t sign up through it. It was a good app while it lasted but I’m sure there’s other fitness apps that allows you to join.
I had to switch from in person (absolutely amazing!!) to on demand. When my Fitness Partner removed my in person account, it also removed my On demand account. I emailed back and forth for a week everyday asking about my account and when I would be getting my account back. Support was horrible. They still haven’t been able to help me. Despite taking $60 out of my account (two separate 29.99 charges). I signed up through my desktop like I was told to. Only for support to tell me that I used my phone. This is honestly so ridiculous. I LOVE burn Bootcamp. I love the people, the instructors, on demand, etc. I do not love their customer support. I wasn’t offered any sort of help on their end. Now I have to wait for my bank to reinstate my $60 so I can put it somewhere with better customer service.
From my perspective the workouts are always on point and Matt Morris is hilarious sometimes but hardcore and pushes you other times. It’s a great experience. However, the music takes away from camp. I hate hip hop and almost every time there’s a hip hop or rap playlist on. You can’t change the genre of music, it just switches to a different hip hop playlist. I waste a lot of time trying to skip a song or playlist that takes away from my workout. A needle mover for this app would be allowing members to pick from options of pre-made playlists with different varieties of genres, or even allowing the app to pair up with Spotify would help
A bummer that for how much we pay for the membership we don’t have an app that works. The number of camps on app never match what gym computer says and you think you are at a milestone camp only to not be recognized. Frustrating.
Great app for booking classes, tracking progress, and seeing the weekly protocol. The only issue I have is with the “on demand” features. I wish there was a way to tell the workouts we have already done.. like a “finished” folder or something to notate we have done that workout in the past. I use the on demand sometimes when I travel or on weekends and find that I sometimes end up doing the same workouts because there is no way to track which ones I’ve already completed. It’s actually kind of frustrating so I’ve started marking every one I completed as a “favorite” so I know which one not to repeat so I can do as much variety as possible.
After the recent update this summer, the app has quit working on my laptop. I use it alot for on demand workouts. I wish they would get it fixed soon.
Is it a new feature that I can click to book a camp from the weekly protocol screen? Either way, I love that! Thank you!
