After downloading and creating your account, we’ll ask you a few questions to understand your fitness goals better. Once you’ve completed your questionnaire, the Burn App will analyze your preferences and pair you with a program best suited for you.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
The Burn App is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription which is available in monthly, quarterly, or yearly models. All users are eligible for a free trial period regardless of which subscription model they choose!
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing your subscription.

I’ve been lifting for 7 years now and these workouts are absolutely fantastic targeting all the right places if you want to be strong and look feminine. They are super fun and challenging and I’m loving it so far! I took away one star because the app is glitchy which is obviously annoying but I’m sure they will fix this soon! 🤞🏼

My favorite part of this app is being able to track your dumbbell weight and reps with each movement. I’m hoping with this accountability, I will see my growth in real time!

The app has great options that meet you at your fitness level. I really love the ‘Quick Workout’ options for days that I don’t have time for a full workout or when I am on vacation. I also appreciate that there is no sound so that I can listen to an audiobook or music while using the app. I am very happy with the app and the response time to an email I sent was very fast.

I absolutely love these workouts!! I love that as a busy mom of 5 it’s easy to pull up a workout that I don’t have to think about! I also love that you can do specific types of workouts for what your needs are. It is very easy to use! I am always so sore after these workouts!!!
Like the program, app can be buggy
Bought this workout app as soon as i got pregnant so I had something that was safe but also that would push me each week. I like it so far but the app does drain my phone battery and is buggy when switching between apps. Also, i will be honest some of the exercises are hard to jump between in a crowded gym so you will want to make sure to get all the equipment setup before if you work out at a public gym like I do.
Only fitness app I’ve gotten results from
I’ve tried em all - Sweat, Beachbody, Obe, Form, etc and Burn was the ONLY fitness app I saw any results from. I was hesitant to buy at first because I’m jaded in general with apps, but I’m really glad I gave it a try. I did the full body muscle builder program for 8 weeks and it kicked my butt lol. I lost 10lbs and 3% of my body fat. I’m switching programs to an at-home one but so far I am so impressed with these programs and my results. If you’re on the fence about trying Burn, do yourself a favor and download it and actually stick to a program.

Great for building a foundation and LOVING there is a pregnancy/prenatal program that I’m currently using. Excited to see more workouts added to the library, and I’ve appreciated the improvements to the app over the last year.

Took this on to try something that I could have as going to the gym as a single mom is not feasible. It has been so convenient and motivating to get up and workout in my own livingroom!
Average of 45 min a workout and burning and sweating right after 2 min! Only thing I wish was different are a little more explanation on some exercises.

Really enjoy for a good at home workout
I feel like this app is such a great workout app. I have struggled to find different workouts when not in the gym and trying to get moving while at home. This app walks you through the workout, you can choose your level of difficulty, and it gets you moving/sweating. I would definitely recommend it!
