Fantastic training
Its hard to start with. High cardio and muscle training. I had to pause many times in the beginning just to catch up my breath. But if you stick to it you will see very quick improvement by week two. I love that few muscle groups are combined in one exercise. That means you really do a lot in one days program. And because its a weight training program there is no end to improvement you just increase your weights. The only note i have would be nice to see time left for each exercise. As some of them i cant finish and i would like to see my improvement. Example first time i lasted 10 sec, next time i will try improving till 15 sec.
