I last used this app three years ago when it was genuinely one for one. It’s now… 20% off, or one for one sides. Lol. And the restaurant mix isn’t even as good as before.

App seem freezes can't find deals

when i log in to the mobile app vs web, the accounts are different. very strange. and accidentally clicked on membership subscription, and it instantly charges, without asking for any confirmation. I don’t remember adding a card to my account, but it seems like there is a stored credit card with a number I don’t recognize. This app is highly unreliable. Use at your own risk.

Ever since you guys started using Tridentity for log in, the app has be beyond terrible, having to keep logging in even when I am on the same session. Applying promo/gift codes for free 1 year Beyond for referring friends does not work at all. The email link just keeps directing to login page and after that it just open the app after logging in without redirecting me to apply the gift code. Tried using desktpp as well and just redirect me to front page. No where in the app do I see the option to apply it as well. Might as well give up since Burpple have been going from bad to worse. No point keeping it anymore.

I have sent an email twice with a follow up regarding my case of getting charged twice for the Beyond membership. However, up till now, no one is answering my email or Instagram messages to settle the technical issue that cause the double charged. Beware for those new users who would like to use this app. Make sure you get charged correctly because their help hotline does not work and there is no Contact Us page to report your issue. Not recommended due to poor customer service.

They make you create an account with something called tridentity? For added security? I can’t even access existing accounts and why tf would a 1 for 1 coupon app need to have an extra other app for “security”. Stop making users’ lives harder for no good reason. Anyway I can’t access an existing account.

Cannot log in either on App or on Web because the login has to be done via Tridentity - which in itself is useless. Because of this I can’t redeem my premium membership

despite having updated and reinstalling the app, I can only see a few places on my wishlist and it always gets stuck.

Hi Burpple, I think there is probably a need to fire your full team of developers with the current app quality. Initially the app takes FOREVER to load, and it takes even longer after I added (one, not even multiple) filters to narrow my search- but now, it doesn’t even load for me most of the times. It is extremely frustrating to use this app to search for deals, and even WORSE when people are HANGRY, just trying to find some food options on this app?? Next, why does the map search need to be so granular? If I want to search for eg. Full list of deals around Bedok in the map format, I have to zoom in till I can see every street and block before I can search for the food options. Doesn’t this mean I have to scroll left and right to find where are the options?? And it does NOT make it better that when I scroll left and right it takes 5 seconds to load everytime?? Lmao. TIP: have you seen ENTERTAINER’s map view?? Perhaps hire some of THEIR developers instead?? This app makes me lose braincell everytime I use it, and for YEARS your team have been telling the users you are looking into our feedback for improvement. Really?? Because every single day when I use this app, it retards a little lol. Please do something about your app.
