I travelled with two kids and with my mother who is above 50 years for the luggage transfer into the pickup van helpers are not ready to help and in the drop locations also no one are there ,very bad experience

My bus timing is 11.10, driver came at 10.45 and created urgent situationsDriver denied to pick my wife in thela bus stop, by telling improper reasons driver took off the bus without picking my wife she ran all the way because of the urgency he created and she got injured. Very poor service from the driver and intercity customer care

I travelled multiple times in intrcity. The buses are never on time. Staff doesn’t care about the customers. Worst service. I do not recommend using intrcity. I am not even willing to give 1 star. Waste of money.

3 hours delay it’s not acceptable even there is no traffic. Dropping time should be changed in your app. I would recommend this bus if you like to travel 10 hours from Chennai to Madurai. Otherwise it’s not suitable. Avg speed is 50km/h

This was my first and last journey with the intercity bus service. First of the bus left for the destination city with the delay of about 2 hours. I was promised that the bus will have washroom but it was not there. Secondly the light in the compartment was not working and when asked about the wifi password, the staff told that the wifi is for bus’ GPS purpose only. We were just provided with a water bottle and that was all the amnesties that they offered. I am not going to travel with this bus service ever again in my life.

Hello intrcity, Bus no. 4719 Delhi to kanpur its,captain Sujeet left me midway at Greater Noida Zero Point and there was a lady passenger with me who got troubled we were there already available at the same point 10 min.in advance before departure and we're waiting for the bus and phone call from captain Sujeet. Forget about me, you should at least think about the ladies, the captain did not even called me at least he should have made a call at the last moment for boarding none of the two passengers were called, I want my full refund, will take legal action against him if something had happened to me or that girl at night, what would we have done, our family members were getting troubled. Even I requested another intrcity bus who was linedup for depart but he also denied to help us by saying he don't have any seats available and not able to connect with bus 4719 as captain of bus 4719 is not responding to his phone call also. I am bringing this in your notice as Intrcity bus captain Sujeet has not own the responsibilities making it vulnerable to travel Intrcity. I would request pls take strict action against the captain and refund my money back else will take legal action and will use social media platform. Thanks,

Their name says smart but they dont have a basic calling feature and they dont share driver number too. If we call to customer care they say why you are bothering us . This is the use less service i have ever seen in my life. A basic transport service will have more features than intrcity. Never going to book again.

Rash Driving. Scary and dangerous. Aged people and Kids should avoid traveling with Intrciti. Unhygienic Washroom (Worst than Public toilet) Bus condition worst, no suspension at all, gives u back pain and neck pain at the same time. Stinky Curtains and Blankets. Arrogant Captain.
