With Business Smart Banking you always have your bank at your fingertips. The application is user-friendly and secure most of all. It enables you to enter payments, create and edit standing orders, pay a credit card, or activate a debit card. The application access as well as payment signatures are protected by your PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
Business Smart Banking also includes a Smart Key, which generates a one-time login and login codes for BusinessNet.
But the application can do many more things!
• Learn about what’s going on in your account after you turn on the Push Notification.
• Have you lost a credit or debit card? You can simply temporarily block and unblock the card for free in the app.
• You can also make a payment by scanning a QR code (QR payment).
• In BusinessNet you can use the Payment templates and stored Beneficiaries in the Smart Banking application.
• Get an instant overview of currency rates.
• Account statements, statements for credit cards and other documents can be found in Documents.
• Are you searching for an ATM or UniCredit Bank branch? You can quickly find them in the application.

Nepřehledné_složité
Aplikace je nepřehledná a zbytečně komplikovaná. Není uživatelsky přívětivá.
Ostuda
IT u tak velké banky by rozhodně nemělo dopustit tolik nedostatků a prodlev. V současné verzi stále po asi dvou měsících nefunguje přihlášení přes FaceID.
Zasekava se
Neustále se zasekava kdyz chci vygenerovat kód, takže musím vzdy restartovat telefon. Hrozná banka a ještě horší aplikace.
Recenze
Jeste vic neprijemne pto uzivatele nez predchozi verze. Potrebuji o 3 kliknuti navic, sbych videla detaily prichozi platby. Nelze filtrovat platby. Vic kliknuti i pti QR platbe. Rozhodne zmeny k horsimu.
Tučné písmo
Čísla by měly být tučně a popisky (např. slovo “Částka:” nebo “Číslo účtu:” nebo “Datum” nebo “Variabilní symbol” atd. ) by měly být netučně !!! Bohužel je to obráceně 🙄🙄🙄
QR platby
Na rozdíl od jiných aplikaci jiných bank je provedení QR platby utrpením. Je potřeba asi desetkrát něco potvrdit.
Hrůza
Jste nejhorší banka. Naštěstí u vás nemám moc transakci. Chci dělat z PC v kanceláři a to je hrůza. Nejhorší účet, co mám. Uvažují o změně banky. Mašek
Názor
Komplikované, stále se mění, neintuitivni.
Sdělení k žádosti
V mobilu je to poněkud nepřehledné. Chybí zvolit si obrazovku na počátku tak, aby se člověk mohl orientovat.
