Paid money for bundle which doesn’t work
I really enjoyed this game so decided to pay for the superior bundle. I received the card, coins and no ads but the 72 hour manager does not work and there is no way of contacting support. I tried joining nexcore studios discord but all it says is that I don’t have permission to view any of the channels in there so it’s useless. I’d really appreciate if someone would look into this please as I spent £25, thank you.

The ads don’t play and give me the bonuses, it just keep asking me to accept the same stuff every time (even though I have) and my internet is always on.

Why has my game gone back to the beginning and taken money of me again now I’ve had to start all over again I’ve lost about £20 on this game and it’s annoying I was level 36 and 100 in the world sort this out or I’m deleting the game I want a redund

Really good but it won’t let me get my reward after like 14 mins

When I was playing the game I had an issue when claiming the ad boost as how it would come up with something telling me that the game can track my data as usual and I clicked agree then every time I clicked it it would show the same thing about the game tracking my data, pls help
Stocks frozen in place and won’t update
Really enjoy this game and when you actually start to pick up money it becomes a lot more enjoyable but all my stocks are frozen in time and won’t update so that’s one of the main things in game that doesn’t work for me no more.
Bugged
Good Game however it won’t let me upgrade my houses. Can this be fixed please?
