PTSB support kept telling me I needed to install the most recent app then they said some websites are not up to date with their services. Seriously PTSB get this sorted out as it is making my business very difficult when I can’t make a purchase online. I will switch banks very shortly if they can’t fix it.
Doesn’t work much of the time, quite similar to the whole Business24 setup. PTSB seem to have zero interest in business accounts.
This app is pointless. There’s no need to download it, you won’t get passed the homepage. There are no functions… very poor service
This app never works, constantly logging out, I cannot link my PTSB account with any professional provider like Revolt or An Post money manager. Best to stick with Revolut or An Post

Pointless having an app that doesn’t work ,utterly crap.
This app takes all your information but doesn’t work. I wonder how apps are now being approved to be in the store. At this stage the level of work put into this deployment is ridiculous. It doesn’t work, I loose respect for this bank almost daily
Worst app to slow down your buying process . It simply does not work
A poor APP that causes a lot of distress and phone calls to call centres who will try to fob you off with the same poor excuse every time. You will need to delete and reload the app on a regular basis. There doesn’t seem to be any appetite to improve the service at all.
Awful software that glitches a lot. As a developer, I’m shocked at the appalling level -or lack of - error checking on this app. That said, the entire company is rotten, so why should the software be any different?
