Why to keep this app, App experience is very poor

You can’t even do a bank transfer in this app, its poorly developed and useless

Can’t even generate statements ! Been 18 months of waiting for improvement and still waiting with technical team having no idea what they are doing. I’m shocked that actual customers have been used as testing phase, that too on business banking!

Can h do an app similar to ENBD X ? Because this thing is a joke

Third class application in uae . Worst, wasted

A major frustration and a shame on emirates NBD to provide such a low quality app for its paying business users Slow Half the time doesn’t log in Half the time hangs between payments Stupid process too Not enough features And all the money they charge us, I could make an app 20 times better for probably 5 percent of what they spent They simply don’t care about their customers as long as they get paid

One word only. Pathetic. doing updates every night every weekend sometimes without informing. Worst banking ever.

The app asked OTP 3 times and didn’t load anything

the worst app, not able to add any beneficiary from mobile app, not able to see new option services ikn mobile app, was trying to open suffix account but bussiness online freezes like hell even on desktop no benefit
