most slow banking app, taking too long to load, have to restart the app several times

On average it takes 3-4 minutes to log in and authorize transactions. We gave this feedback to the bank many thanks but nothing has been improved. I guess we shall go bank with another bank because our voice is unheard.

This app is a glitch fest. And it doesn’t look like the team is working that. On checking with customer care they act oblivious of the issues and say ‘we will take up with our IT team’ !

This one is always rotating. For a transfer i need to close and open like. Minimum 3 or 4 times. Once it starts rotating only option is to close and login again.

It spins on every screen, spins, and spins forever. not sure whether it ever works.

Very bad app And very slow

I have requested this bank to open a euro account for me before 10 days. Guess what they haven’t done anything yet. Their managers are very disrespectful and helpless. Theyre not even answering calls. Worst banking experience.

Expected more from a big UAE bank. Extremely slow, hangs, many bugs and errors. Requires multiple attempts to complete a transaction or something else. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.
