My first time installing and using the app. I bought Mtn data and got no data on my phone until I reached out to their customer services d they made it look like the issue was already solved before I reached out. Dishonest!

You are highly unreliable. Your system is not reliable. I have issues topping up my wallet. I have issues purchasing token. Your customer care is not helpful. This happens way too often.

Buypower used to be so amazing, but suddenly changed with a constant server downtime!! This needs to be worked on ASAP.
