Are you traveling and wishing you didn’t get jet-lag? If you want a simple effective way to be done with jet-lag while traveling, then the ByeByeJetLag App is for you! Whether you are traveling to a conference in New York, or your honeymoon in Bali, or a vacation with friends and family in Rome, the ByeByeJetLag App will help you eliminate jet-lag. As a public speaker and the creator of the ByeByeJetLag App, I travel often and have been to over 50 countries. I used to get jet-lag, and I no longer do. I am passing on my system to you. I have created a simple 15-minute guided audio for you to listen to shortly after your plane takes off. By the time you land you will be set to go for the time zone you are in. If you cross more than 3 times zones (or if you are prone to insomnia), I recommend listening to it again on the day you arrive, before you go to bed, and every evening of your trip. Get ready to say ByeByeJetLag!

I have completely enjoyed using this airplane app recently that has transformed my travel experience! It’s extremely user- friendly and has made my travel experience Jet lag free, smoother and enjoyable. I have used it five times so far, all with positive results , NO JET-LAG ! In addition to feeling fantastic on arrival, it offers packing tips and flight reminders. It’s super easy to use and comes highly recommended.
Great sleep app !
I have trouble sleeping anywhere, but this app still worked! I used it on a recent trip to Europe and did not get jet lag—was able to enjoy the trip so much more!

Relaxing
This guided visualization is sooo relaxing, she has such a soothing voice! My first time using the app was when traveling with an 11 hour time change but I think I’ll even try it on a smaller 3 hour time change next time because I liked it so much!!

I always get jet lag when I travel. I downloaded this app before a flight from NYC to LA and it really helped! I usually pass out early and then am up at 4am - not this time! I travel frequently and will always use this app now during my flights!
Excellent way to rid yourself of jet lag
Was recommended to use this app by a friend who travels a lot. She swore by it, so I gave it a try last time I went to Europe. It is absolutely worth it! Used the app both too and from and beat the jet lag before it even came on. I will be using this every time I fly now.
