The biggest fraud company, after taking full money they are not giving study materials and no support from customer service.

"I'm extremely disappointed with Byju's performance. Despite promises of 7 classes, we only received 4 classes per week. The customer support is non-existent, with no one answering phone calls or addressing complaints. The sales team made false commitments, and the service has been a total waste of money. My children are unhappy, and I regret enrolling them. I strongly advise against using Byju's, as they fail to deliver on their promises."

Worst app… I log in the app but app I’m not even responding after opening

Byjus has cheated me. The class subscription that I took and paid in full for is not what I am getting Customer care does not bother Mentor helpline is a hogwash. No class schedule no timetable. Info on the wrong grade and syllabus is what comes Joint BYJU’S was a big mistake
