Worst staff: uneducated and unmannered people Bike: mine was a new one so won’t complain about that. App and experience: designed by a 7 year old, nothing works. Deposit: Why is that? Doesn’t make sense at all. Prices: Way too high for what they have to offer Not a good experience at all.

Worst app I have ever seen After signup when logging in, it says Account doesn’t exists, when again Signing it, it shows Account exists Tried multiple times, resulting same Customer chat is not responding properly in what’s app

I booked a bike from Bykemania app for 18th December . However, when I reached the pick-up location, I was told that they had no bikes available for me. They said they had overbooked and could not cancel my booking. They also refused to refund my money or offer me any compensation. They were very rude and unprofessional with me. They did not care about my feelings or needs at all. This is unacceptable and unfair. I wasted my time and money on this app and got nothing in return. I would not recommend anyone to use their service. They are the worst bike rental company in Bangalore.

Never book from this app right from the pickup point to the supervisor, canceled the first booking becomes of their rude behaviour

Never book from this site. Horrible customer service horrible people working at the location. I booked for 6pm I went there before 6 still couldn’t get the scooter. They got one around 6:40 pm. I needed it so I called to cancel and they said 80% refund will be given. That is fine but it’s horrible customer service and customer experience. I don’t know how long can they sustain their business.

It's an excellent service with competitive prices compared to other rental platforms. However, the app and website consistently encounter issues, displaying numerous bugs and frustratingly slow performance that can truly test your patience. It offers one of the most disappointing user experiences across both mobile and web applications. Interestingly, I had an account and could log in on the web, but attempting the same with the app using the same credentials was quite a humorous experience!

Great experience with bykemania and price is reasonable.

We rented the vehicle 2 times and it was a great experience that staff Mr. Ali was very helpful and supportive during the whole process , satisfied with the service 👍
