BYLT has great clothes many lacking options and communication options on orders/stock

Bad communication and customer service. Takes forever to try and get issues handled. Still in the process of settling it now. Been over a month.

I wish there’ll be a restock soon for sold out items 😁

I’m in the digital/tech space, and BYLT is that perfect balance of looking sharp, but not stuffy. Their clothes are high quality and easily recognizable - both in person and on your Teams call. Comfort is also paramount here! 22 hour plane rides to India - passed with flying colors. My new favorite brand all around.

I own just about every piece of clothing they have put out, and I absolutely love all of it… pretty much all I wear these days. I am a Business owner and law enforcement, wear comfortable BYLT clothing to work and when I get off, it’s Worth every penny.

The BYLT app couldn’t be easier to use. The detailed information for each product with a model’s photo and their size and shape makes this app as if you’re actually shopping in store. I especially appreciate the ability to “zoom-in” on fabrics to get a sense of styles. Much thought has gone into the site development; most features are intuitive. Checkout using a personal account is efficient.

Now just add the options for the bundles and we’re all set

I am a bigger guy with broad shoulders and a big chest so it’s hard to find clothing that fits nice. Everything else I own has shrunk in the dryer where I’m renting from except for BYLT. They have styles for nicer occasions as well but exceptional brand for athletes, gym goers, or outdoors. I’ve placed over 5 orders now and will continue shopping with them.

No filters besides “in or out of stock”, not able to access my order details without looking for the order number in my emails… Trying to switch from long sleeve to short sleeve button not working… I purchased over 12 orders from Bylt before from their website… this app is disappointing 🤦‍♂️
