This app is awful there whole banking system is not the best I been trying to login for days and it won’t let me and when I try calling them they won’t pick up , today is now the 5 day I have been calling them and no one will pick up

Worst experience when you transfer money to your home country they hold your amount as pending and then 2 to 3days they don’t contact with you and if you try to contact them on WhatsApp or call they didnt reply so I suggest that don’t use the application when you need to transfer salary on urgent basis. Expect this others service are fine

If you want to lose your money in unknown payments get C3 account,, If you want to call customer service dozens of times and no one responds open C3 account. It is really the worst customer service I have ever had in the Emirates.
