Every time you try to login and enter your details and password. Sends you directly back to option to login. Just goes in a circle but won’t login. I have rem off the app and reinstalled with same issue.

I haven’t even logged in because the app keeps resetting every time to switch screens to copy a policy number. This is horrible. Find some developers who know how to build apps.

Don't waste your time with this one! I love the reviewer that gave it 5 stars, saying it has been fixed...dated the year 3021...lol

It really feels like the developers of this app have never created any other app in their lives. I guess that doesn’t really matter to CAA because you have no choice but to use this app. Like so many others, I find the way that they have set up the login to be extremely frustrating. Constantly being forced to login over and over for no apparent reason is annoying to start with, but even more so because you cannot leave the login screen if you need to copy and paste a username or password. It does not work with a password manager. As I write this, I’m wondering if this is done intentionally. If it’s annoying and difficult to login, perhaps people won’t track their mileage as carefully.

I have to go through the whole password reset thing every time because I can remember all that crap and it won’t let me save the password.

I always need to login whenever I open the app. Today I can login but screen is blank! This app really needs to be more reliable.

So hard to login as it doesn’t let you use saved passwords as it reverts to the get started page and whenever you go to multitasking mode it also takes you back to the Home Screen.

Please fix this app, says I need a 16 character account number but both my Policy and Account number is 10 digits each so can’t use it at all

I had to use it because I have the auto insurance. But decided not to renew my policy because of this app.

Totally useless if I can’t even sign into it as it just sends you back to the sign in page. I have had it for one year and have only been able to get into it once. Shame on you CAA. The desktop page doesn’t work any better. Stop advertising something you don’t seem to be capable of providing.
