Good app

I am very much dissappointed with the service of Cab Bazaar. The way they manage bookings is so poor that a customer is forced to pay the price for their negligence. I have booked a interstate trip with cab bazaar 2 weeks prior, but still they failed to arrange state permit (which was in their scope). Due to which I wasted a lot of Money & Time. My whole trip was being wasted due to this irresponsible behaviour of Cab Bazaar Services. So, whoever is reading this review, I would suggest not to pay any advance money untill and unless they share a PDF where all services and inclusions are mentioned in written. Otherwise u will get caught in big scam if u r travelling interstate.

In my last ride I had an accident while riding cab bazaar cab and cab bazaar didn't help us. This happened after accident - 1. I told cab bazaar that it was driver fault because he was driving very fast. 2. My mother's wrist bone was crushed and got an head injury. Treatment still going on. 3. I asked for refund and 3rd party insurance from cab bazaar. They told I have to pay to them for the ride and they don't give any accident insurance. 4. I called driver to give the car details so I can claim the accident insurance and he started abusing and threatening me on the call. HOPE THIS WILL HELP OTHERS!!!

Company cancelled the booking at end time without any information. Worst employees too one of them is Vinay kuntal which was not even listening.

Cabbazar is frud company they are show as cheap price and after booking and traveling end of trip They showing as high price an drive sa its company policy Cabbazar didn’t mention policy driver charge extra payment and company also not responding

Never ever book cabs from this app. Period I booked cab for my parents and cab driver refused to take them and stopped ride mid way And actually the worst thing is there customer service “tushar” “kushal” all these customer service executives are Goons, and have no manners He actually abducted them and told me that he won’t let them go until we pay in full Worst service you can have by cab providers Don’t ever trust CAB bazaar 8 out of 10 experience are problematic and unprofessional They lure you with low prices and you suffer later Please don’t book from this provider Pay a bit extra and book from MakeMyTrip, cabwala, Uber Or whatever Anyway, filing a police complaint against the provider anyway.

This is a scam ! They will take advance. Later they will cancel and won’t provide refund on time. Customer support people are useless

I booked a one way taxi. CabBazar took its cut in advance and still couldn’t provide me a driver till 11th hour. After a lot of calls they hooked me to someone who hooked me to someone else. I wasn’t sure till I reached Varanasi that this driver would actually appear. NOW you are at the mercy of this guy. Thankfully the driver who came was a nice guy but other people have had very bad experience. Also they add a lot of interstate taxes which you have no way to verify, I mean you can but it’s a hassle and I just wanted to go and sleep. CabBazar sends email saying don’t pay till we give you final bill but nothing like that ever happens. All in all cabbazar has no control over the actual driver. Don’t fall for this agency unless you’re very adventurous. PLUS they don’t refund you ever. They give you useless voucher.

Today travelled by cab with good experience. Driver Prakash M is very good professional & best driver.

I tried it for back to back travel in Delhi & Rajasthan. Good things about the app- easy to book, prices are reasonable. Bad things - poor customer service. Cab details after booking confirmation will differ from the actual cab & driver who will come for pick up & it will not be updated on the app.. serious security issue.
