Worst experience we can’t even able to connect the driver and they took long time to pickup from the location

In our Berryfields, non of the cabs are available. I booked Cabs4u with a hitch but it turned out to be a great experience. Pre booked the ride 30mins in advance. Driver reached 5mins early before time and reached destination without delays. Best app for people who dont have commute of there own. Reasonable prices!!!

Booked a taxi using the app and it never turned up. Rang the office & they said it will be 5 minutes but 20 mins later still didn’t arrive. Won’t use them again.
