As of right now I am not finding it user friendly Though I usually purchase through a retail stores app

This is the worst app to return items to this company. Absolutely no response!

Caden Lane is always on point with the best prints and of course the best materials. Provides so much fun at the holidays!

Company makes pretty nice products.. but don’t ever think about getting in contact with them if you have a problem. They don’t have a phone number only an email and they do not get back to you at all.

Order confirmed on December 8, 2024 Only received one out of four items!

I love buying my granddaughter clothes from Caden lane , good quality ,good prices I have not been disappointed yet. Truly cute stuff and she always gets compliments when we are out.

I have to wonder if this is a real company. There is no way to reach a real person. All requests for support funnel through email, and all response are generic - not specific to you or your order! I placed an order 12/2/24 with all indications that the items were in stock and would be shipped in 3 business days. It is now 12/18/24 and nothing has shipped and I cannot get any support!

I purchased 2 pair of coloring pajamas. It was paid and then they never sent it

You send so many emails & texts that I just delete them in bulk, unread

I’ve been trying to find out how to track my order for 3 days to no avail. But got plenty of info on specials and sales - just would like to know when my order will be processed please.
