CAE MicroLearning delivers daily quizzes we call Mastery Moments. These short, two-minute training bursts first raise your mastery level, and then improve your long term retention.
Simply answer the questions, indicate how confident you are in your answer, and learn from your answers. A proprietary algorithm calculates your individual learning/forgetting curve, reintroducing content at regular intervals to improve retention of knowledge. By using an adaptive learning solution, your performance, resilience, and engagement will be enhanced.
It is intended for pilots of airlines having a training agreement with CAE. You will need a CAE account to use the app.

- Take microlearning mastery moments to answer activity questions and achieve mastery on learning topics
- Read and search knowledge cards on specific topics for learning
- Review mastery status of learning material assigned
