Worst online casino always problems with withdrawal and very slow and unprofessional service

Not only did they trick you in their promotions, customer support is horrible. The games are not great at all on this casino app. And they make the play through extremely high. So if you have a credit of $25 you have to play through $625 to start collecting any. It’s completely outrageous. I have a few casino apps and this is by far the worst one I have ever played.

Ok, where do I start? I will say overall, this is probably my favorite app for online casino gambling, coming in right behind FanDuel casino. It’s sports betting UI is not it though. FanDuel all day for sports betting. I am still down sizably on this app, and it would not dish out wins it seemed like until I had cumulatively deposited over $1000. My best win on this app is a 500x hit on “Christmas Morning” which was the total sum of a 10 spin bonus that was triggered. 2$ spin, $1000 payout. I have had far better luck winning on bet MGM and FanDuel casinos, I’ll just say that now. However, their layout, game selection, deposit matches, and them being partnered with Wyndham makes me tend to use this app as much as the others. They do have the smallest required deposit amount I’ve found, which is $5. They also pay out rather quick. Usually within 5 mins. I’ve only withdrawn twice from this app though, so I don’t get to utilize that fast withdrawal time often! If only this app had better winnings I would use it exclusively. Either way, definitely worth giving a shot! Nothing is a scam as others are commenting. They just fail to read the fine print when utilizing deposit matches. 4/5 stars for me!

I get it, it’s a casino but the win rate at Ceasars has to be the worst among the various different casino apps. I can believe how bad this. I have played a few and this one is by far the worst. I’d take your business and $s elsewhere. At least the other apps let you play and hit sometimes.

All losses all the time- would had played on these sites for a long time and given thousands over the years but the greed of these sites has made it so that I will never give this site another cent ever again. Double Tier diamond for nothing.

Don’t accept any match or promo or you cannot cash out your money u til you bet like 15X what you deposit…steer clear of this app!!

This is an absolute garbage app. I would highly recommend everybody stay away from it, I got a new phone number and I needed my number updated. I tried for three weeks straight. I sent them all the requested documents multiple times and I checked each day to see if it had been updated so that I can login because it was trying to send a code to my phone, today I got a hold of Support to see what was taking so long and they told me they closed my account and banned me because of fail login attempts when all I was doing was checking to see if they did their job to update my phone number so I can login, so I got my account closed for absolutely no reason other than the fact they couldn’t do their job of updating my phone number on there and after I submitted everything that was required three times!! this is absolute garbage. I am very glad that this happened in a way because it saved me from actually putting money on this app which I’m sure it would’ve taken now like the reviews say. STAY AWAY, for real if you ever run into trouble or customer service will just close out your account instead of helping even updating a simple phone number. Go with that MGM or something else this is straight trash.

I have played on a lot of online casinos and this is the only one I haven’t had any issues with I wish I could win a little bit more but definitely the best online app out there
