Difficult to use buggy right away, super hard way to manage your paycheque. Wish they had a user friendly app.

Worked fine until mid Feb. Now I get this: Error We encountered an unexpected issue. Please try again later. (500)

Authenticator app doesn’t interface well with this so I can’t even sign in at all

Not a user friendly app that has issues with logging in. I was not able to login and spent a considerable amount of time on the attempt. Poor app quality

This app was programmed horribly. Logging in fails at the Microsoft Authenticator 80% of the time, or else gives timeout issues once the code has been input. 2FA has been around for ages. How is it that these app designers haven't figured out what every other app has? Furthermore, the requirement for Microsoft authentication with no choice of more reliable authentication apps nor the choice for biometric login is ridiculous. Banking apps are better than this and those are still terrible.

Can’t even sign in. App makes me open the Microsoft authentication app whenever I try to sign in. From there it signs me in then tells me to verify the code shown on the Authenticator app but I’m already on it so nothing shows up

Could add a text field on the where we see our pay to lets users know that it only goes back 6 months. If possible adding drop down for previous years would be great as well. Do see potential issues with users that don’t have the Microsoft authentication app installed on their phone so would probably make that a requirement to have for 2FA login. Love the functionality when entering the service number it automatically switches from letters to numbers. Would make it so that even if the user enters it in lower case it works.
