Make the special items be able to get the way we used to get them it was more exiting

The game is so nice but you have messed it up by changing the way you get the items from the special event you have to do so much work to gain vouchers and at the and the game gives u something u don’t want you can never build anything nice from the things u get cus u will literally get 2 chairs and some walls who don’t match with anything it demotivates you to play the game. Please make it so we can get vouchers the way we used to by cooking and then you can pick to get whatever you want that goes with your restaurant, the special items where the reason i and my cousins played the game and where obsessed with it. Because now you have to do so much to get any special item and at the end you can’t really do anything with the special item that you get because it’s random pieces it makes the game worthless before the special items where what made the game special and interesting. Hope you make available getting the special items the way we used to get them that was the thing that made the game exiting.

Poor functionality

As soon as the merchant received my money for gameplay they immediately banned me from this game. There are no websites to speak to anyone about my issues. After searching on multiple forums, I found where people state they were also banned for issues they were unclear of and there was no undoing. I am hoping that Apple will resolve my issues and refund my money. It’s a shame. It was a fun game, and it was really nice to unwind. I believe in contributing to game creators and this put a bad taste in my mouth.

Updates don’t benefit player

The newest updates have taken a lot away from the players, and you have to cook more food and have more food and stove filled up and you don’t really benefit from doing that. It takes more time and then your stoves are filled for the tournament game, but the makers need to keep the players in mind. I wish they would have undercover players for teams and volunteering I am volunteering to get this scoop and idea of how the players are reacting to the new updates for example, the ship very little and for all the cooking that you were required to do and the prizes are ridiculously nothing of benefit. I know that I don’t bother with this ship because it is a waste of time
