It’s not working
When I take a pic of the food, it never analyzes it. 1-99%, then stays at loading 99%. I’ve tried multiple times, even taking a pic, and letting it load for over an hr. Still nothing. The one purpose for this app, isn’t even working

Lovely app but crashes non stop
I can’t even open the app today, it simply doesn’t work. On the days it does it’s fantastic. Hope it gets fixed soon or I’m canceling my subscription.
Just stopped working.
Used to work great. Now it will not open.

Love the app but doesn’t allow for your steps to be automatically logged this is really the only issue I’ve had with the app

Tried the free picture scan, worked good. Bought the one time fee. Nothing scans🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ explain

In general app is fine, but why is it always crashing?
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
The first day they let you log your food three times and the rest you have to pay which is understandable. However the second day they don’t let you log anything AT ALL. It says you’ve ran out of your limit and you have to pay. I keep resetting and closing the app but nothing happens

I payed for premium but I’m only getting 30 scans a day. Trying to find the right foods for me caused me to lose all my scans and now I can’t finish tracking my macros. Very poor quality.
Cancel membership.
They won’t cancel upon request.
