The idea behind the app is great! Find out what you’re currently eating, and make a plan to improve your diet. That’s where the greatness ends. The list of calcium rich foods is extremely limited. Kale, almond milk, almonds, spinach… aren’t even listed. And I guess Lady Fingers are another name for okra??? I had to look up Lassi as well. I’ll look for another app that has a better list, or just for it old school and track my intake on paper.
