If I get a new phone and I download the app again does it retain your files or do they erase

Great app! Anything you put it in it, will be protected! I promise! At one point, I couldn’t even get into my own account... lol which brings me to the next part of my review. Awesome user support. They responded very quickly to my email & after making sure we were corresponding about the same app, they gave me further instructions to reset my code. Thank you to the support team & to the app creators! Will def recommend to my friends & family!

The videos I saved don’t play

Hello i’m use this app since 1 year, and i put in it photos! and videos and i don’t know what too! What’s happened!? This update! I can’t enter the secret safe!!!!! Why?? When I type in the password, nothing happens! I neeeed to know howw i can entire please! And I will change the evaluation if I know my issue is resolved

So far this app is great! But..what would happen if I got a complete new iphone? Would I not be able to sign back into the account on my old phone? Or is there a way to sign in still?
