I have not had any issues using the app. It’s quick & easy.

Very easy to use! Loading money onto the app or card is self explanatory and starting the washer/dryer is seamless!

Machines work well when they are maintained and checked weekly

Very high prices, if the washing machine or dryer is damaged they don’t refund you the money. Little attention with users. Why do I use it? Because it’s the closest thing I have in my house. Anyway, never take it as your first choice.

Prompt and quickly fixes issues. Just wish you could select how much time you want to put on the dryer instead of constantly pushing the button.

Our building use Caleco for our laundry machines and I found it easy to use and add money.

App is terrible to navigate, often leaving you frustrated. Constantly freezes, logs you out for no reason, crashes, and loads slow. The washers and dryers themselves do not work properly. The washer *can* work but the dryer will never properly dry your clothes. Good luck if your apartment building, business, or anything along those lines tell you to download this app.

App does not track time on washers or dryers accurately. You use the washers and it’s for 36 minutes give it 45 minutes before you actually take care of your wash cause the app tells you your wash is done 5 minutes before it’s actually done 10 minutes later

easy to use sometimes money will get lost though through app. Is rare.
