Can’t even create an account. You can only sign in. Don’t download
I’m trying to register but it’s only giving me the option to sign in. I can’t create a new account?
I just downloaded this app and for the life of me can’t find a tab to create an account. There is only the fields to login to a current account but not to create a new one. Please advise
My favourite budgeting app! It’s simple and easy to use and you can actually see what your account is going to look like day by day. I’ve been using the web based version for over a year and it is the only thing I don’t regret paying a monthly fee for. Trust me you will end up saving more then the cost of the monthly fee while using this app!
The app is free but you need to be registered account user. You get a glorious 30 days free trial but then it’s a monthly fee of around $3.99USD a month subscription. You have to register first to find this out. Their website doesn’t advertise the monthly fee, I looked everywhere. I had to google search to find the answer. Look, the app is a great app and it is quite easy to learn and to use. The UI is clean and pleasant on the eyes, and a 30 day trial is generous as it gives a user time to actually try out the software and time for that learning curve. I give them a high rating for that. I believe they should be upfront that you need to create an account to use it, but that it’s free for 30 days, and after that the cost is $... but that’s just how I feel, I’m not an expert. Regards.
Installed it, opened it, I was given the option to login with email and password or login using Facebook. Tried to log in with Facebook and it told me I wasn’t registered with “calendar budget” but no where on the start of the app is there an option to register. Not even going to bother, just uninstalling.
I’ve setup spreadsheets to track monthly income vs expenses and put them into nice charts etc. but seeing it on a live calendar is something completely different. I use both, but calendar budget has a great website which is how it initially started and then evolved to the app. For 3.99 a month you get access to both so you can see your income vs expenses daily and keep track of things monthly. I recommend this to anyone to asks me about budgeting. You can forecast any account like savings, checking, and see what your money will look like if you added savings every 2 weeks for example. I will be a lifetime user of Calendar Budget, there is no budget tool out there like this.
My simple spreadsheet doesn’t cost $3.99 a month to use!
This is almost exactly what I was looking for but the app is buggy and doesn’t work as intended. The screen gets stuck on loading after every other entry requiring the user to force close and re-launch. All of the options for the transactions, including recurring and categorization won’t pull up. When I go to select one of these options, I can see a side bar attempt to open, but it never quite makes it. Fairly useless as is, but I hope the developer keeps working on it.
I used this app a while ago and it worked perfectly. ADHD I can’t manage to stick with things. However, I redownloaded it and now every time I try to add any type of transaction it freezes on the loading page. I saw another review stating the same thing, but they were told the bug was fixed in an update, but it’s still happening. Please fix!!
