Very easy to sign up for the app. I was able to pre plan the trip and estimate the rate. Scheduling the pickup was quick, and the locate diver feature was very helpful as we moved slightly down the street. We had two kids aged 10/12 and two adults, and we’re very comfortable. And the driver was great and friendly.

Used to let me lock in the estimated fare and now won’t. No way this is cheapest in Calgary and the drivers are constantly whining about the price. Pretty much every car stinks to high heaven as well. Will be going back to using checker.

Used to work well. This week it is totally nonfunctional

Make it an option to add the tip after the ride is completed! It’s not fair to the driver as the ride gets closed the second I exit the car, I would like to add a tip when I get out.

Be aware that the estimated fare is just that….. an estimate. Actual amount was much higher on the in-car meter.

I am a true Calgary cab person I will only take it as it's the best there service is always good the team work to be able to pay in the app is awesome

App make it easy to call for a cab. You receive notification to update you on the driver status as he’s closing on your pick-up location. Fare estimation was accurate. Overall satisfied with how the app is working.
