This app was good when it worked but it logged me out and it’s coded to use keychain. I did a password reset and it says it’s wrong 2secs later. When you put your login details in and press go on the keyboard it doesn’t do anything. These are basic functions, you’ve got to get this right. It’s not difficult the code is already written for you. Do better.

Best way to order if you want to avoid the lines of fans. Has moved well past the early glitches to be a great app.

New functionality and look are great. Stores are busy so ordering ahead is the way to go

Thanks for listening. Was a nice surprise today to see the UI updated, the first screen had my re-order ready same usual location and many less steps to pay! Love it.

I lost my credit with the latest update, which is still pretty clunky around the reorder/location stage.

The app is very limited, rather primitive. One of the options is to pre-order, but it doesn’t pull up the Manly location as an option. And there’s no menu with descriptions and pricing (unless you’re going to preorder, but if manly doesn’t come up as an option, you won’t see a menu)

Buggy and useless. Doesn’t remember my previous orders. Doesn’t show me the menu.

Staff at certain stores don’t do their jobs, when you scan, some inexperienced or new staff somehow press a button so you don’t get points on your purchases, when you contact them about this issue- they do absolutely NOTHING about it. The app is a sham and you’ll be left disappointed!

I have used this shop 3 times to get coffee (which i love) but I wouldn’t go back again as the coffee was cold on all 3 times and the large cups were only 3/4 full so good bye

Took my money & there’s no sign of my order at the Cafe… this happened twice & no response from my email
