Not happy billed 20 euro without my consent.
Video calls
I have tried on several occasions to send video calls to my nieces and nephew and they only get a call from Santa No video. This is very disappointing
Not working this year
Been getting this for years, but it won’t allow me to share the video this year. Keeps crashing.
PNP
Love this app. Using it for years, kids are growing but I still use it for Neice’s and nephew’s. Always makes me smile. My teens still enjoy the videos from Santa.
Calls don’t work
Very disappointing after paying for premium and you only get one call and it fails each time

Crash crash crash
Purchased premium and the app just keeps crashing and telling me to wait 240 seconds as it counts down, very disappointed trying to do video reactions but just keeps crashing 😡🤬🤬🤬
Paid for premium €7.99 & won't allow me to download my videos
Clicked on premium and paid for it but it will not allow me to download any of my videos. Asking for money everytime I click on anything.
